POLICIES
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
The check-in time for Casa Amor del Mar is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is
11:00 AM. If you discover that earlier check-in or later check-out is
desirable due to your specific travel/flight arrangements, please make your
request known to the owner or to the Building Manager. We will do
everything we can to accommodate our guests.
DEPOSITS AND FINAL
PAYMENTS
To confirm your reservation, 50% of the total rental fee in US funds is
required within five business days of the reservation request. Payment may
be made via personal check, wire transfer, or Visa/Mastercard (using paypal).
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date, except for the
following holiday periods in which the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to
arrival:
* Christmas through New Years (including the weeks prior and subsequent)
* American Thanksgiving
If your reservation is less than 30 days from the booking date (60 days for
holidays), full payment is due within five business days of reservation
request. A reservation confirmation will be sent via email containing all
the deposit information. We reserve the right to treat any reservation as
cancelable if payment schedules are not met.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled 60 days before arrival for an 80% refund, with
20% withheld as an administrative fee for processing and holding the
reservation. Reservations must be cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival or
full rental charges will be forfeited.
RATE DISCLOSURE
Rates are subject to change, but you will not be charged or compensated for any
posted changes. Rates confirmed at time of booking are final.
